1) So its not listed in DHCP leases? If not, then your network card *might* not be supported. What hardware are you using? 2) Its under 'Community' 3) You can update your server without a valid mac / serial, keep an eye on the Xpenoboot versions Posted via MyXpenology

Startup using a ubuntu live usb. Install gparted, and delete all the partitions, create a new partition, done. Posted via MyXpenology
