The bootimage is so small, the benefits of usb 3.0 is almost 0. Save your self money and go for a USB 2.0 one.

When you connect the screen you will see the login prompt.

You have to flash the new 5644 update 4 bootloader.

Unfortunately, you can't conver raid 0 / 1 to SHR, so you have to backup your data and format them as SHR. And then copy your data back.
