  1. They still have not made a extra.lzma yet for DS3617 & DS3615 Loader 1.03b version, we must wait. As I said try using an Intel nic for now.... it worked for me...
  2. Try adding a Intel Dual lan card, that worked for me on my Dell R410. It's a driver issue till they add the extra.lzma .
  3. what hardware did you use to do this ? Motherboard, CPU ??
  4. to use this loader for the ds918 what USB stick is best. 2.0 or 3.0 ? What mode should be used ACHI ?

  9. Yes I have tried everything and nothing seems to work at the moment...
  10. Not all is lost my friend, there is always FreeNas, OpenMedia Vault. Which are very good also.... Don't feel bad I bought a Dell T1700 and it won't work with the latest loader and I have the proper hardware. So i'm using loader 1.02b on it for now...till there is a fix ...
  11. He has it working on a HP PROLIANT ML310E GEN8 V2 machine, I'm using a Dell T1700 . does not have graphics enabled on the VGA port as per Dell, but is using a graphics card. I don't think it has anything to do with that because loader 1.02b works on this system. I will keep testing and see what else I come up with...
  12. I forgot to ask, is there something that must be enabled or disabled in the BIOS that I must know about ? I added a Intel nic card and that did not work on loader 1.03a2 but works on the 1.02b loader.
  13. Xeon E3-1270v3, 4 cores, 3.5 GHz base, 3.9 GHz burst, no graphics, Haswell, Q2/2013 on a Dell T1700 with 4GB of Ram (On list that it works) Not for me. I have this system and I got loader 1.02b ds3617 working on it: I have tried setting up the ds918 and 1.03a2 loader and it will not work. No network detection I have installed ESXI 6.5 on this system and tried doing a VM of ds918 also no network detection I added the extra.lzma v0.4 and nothing . Tried two different types of USB sticks also. If anyone has this working please advise . root@T1700:~# lspci -k | grep 'Kernel driver' Kernel driver in use: pcieport Kernel driver in use: xhci_hcd Kernel driver in use: e1000e Kernel driver in use: ehci-pci Kernel driver in use: pcieport Kernel driver in use: pcieport Kernel driver in use: pcieport Kernel driver in use: ehci-pci Kernel driver in use: lpc_ich Kernel driver in use: ahci This is using loader 1.02b on ds3617
  14. What motherborad and cpu are you using ? Looks like this is only working on new hardware...
  15. make sure that you point the proper ip number to that port on the router. Also on the DSM you have to add your account info from your-dsm-host.ddns.net go to external access , ddns add your info and hit update now. If it turns green your good, if it's red it means its not working or configured correctly. if your using ddns.net make sure you point to the proper port on that server to your box....
  16. Update: uninstalled Apache, Backed up my web servers files. rebooted reinstalled also redid my port forwarding on pfsense all is back to normal...
  17. Try booting up with the ds3615xs 1.02b loader make sure you add extra.lzma as mention above there is a new version 4.1 and it's working with my Dell server, If you just use the plain loader it will not work... The nic drivers is what is causing this... Keep us updated if it works...
  18. DS3615 juns 1.02b baremetal Rebooted, I was running 3 web sites which don't work now. I restarted Apache http server 2.4 and it told me that my serial number was invalid, Web station reports all is normal. I got this number from the number generator. All was working well until this update
  19. Try it with a regular hard drive first, not the ssd drive... Also try loader 5.2 and 6.0 as mentioned...
  20. I had the same problem with a Dell R710, what you have to do is create a virtual disk on the RAID first before trying to boot up with the Loader. Once your Virtual disk is done boot up with the loader and setup will see the disk, if it does not then the loader is missing drivers for your controller on the V3 Extra. Try it out and see what happens keep us updated...
  21. Hope Synology does not do this, would be nice to have an alternative just in case it does happen.
  22. Hi V3 working well on Dell R710 on 3615xs Loader 1.02b, Now would it be possible to to get Driver extension for the 3617xs Please.... Thanks in advance...
