  2. Hi everyone! I have a problem with my PhotoStation access from internet. I am running DSM 6.1 on ESXi 6.5. I found that ESXi needs a port 443 to access it from internet, now the problem is how I can enable PhotoStation access from internet. thank you in advance!
  3. Which version of DSM do you have on ESXi? 6.1.4-15217?
  4. can anyone help me to find out how I can update it to 6.1.4-15217?
  5. I am on DSM 6.1-15047, but if I update to 6.1.4-15217 I can't find my VM anymore. It starts and shows "Happy Hacking" on monitor, but can't find it on network.
  6. I wanted to use it for DS Photo and DS Video stations. It is easier when I have only one name instead of changing IP to DDNS all the time.
  7. I don’t know how I missed it on my router, it was right there on the same page where I could setup ddns access. Thank you for the tip! I can finally access it from outside. However learned that I cannot access my nas inside of network with the same ddns address. I can either use 192.168.2.xxx ip in the network or xxxx.ddns.net from internet. Any ideas? 8. Any news here? It would be useful to know whether it works or not.
  9. I enabled ports 5000 and 5001 on my Telekom router. No changes.
  10. Hi everyone! I started to setup VM on VMM and was able to successfully install windows and ubuntu guests. Then I had to add volume because first one had damaged drive. I ended up deleting volume 1 and left with volume 2. While creating volume 2 I played with ADS, but deleted it before installing VMM again. After I installed VM guests on volume to I could never connect to VMs (failed to connect to server). Do you know if there is anything I am missing here? I am on 3615xs with 4 ports, two of them connected to router. Thank you in advance!
  11. Hi everyone! I apologize in advance if this was discussed already. If it was I would appreciate a link to the topic. I successfully updated from 5.2 on 3611xs to 6.1 on 3615xs, but my new SN is kicked out from quickconnect service. I want to say that I am not trying to get SN working with Synology account before I got banned here. The thing is that my Telekom Speedport w724v router doesn’t provide upnp option. I am not 100% sure if that’s the reason but I can’t connect to my nas from internet with my servername.ddns.net address. I am not advanced person in this matter therefore I was hoping if I can get help here. Does anyone have a step by step instructions how to solve my case? Unless it is a small thing. Thank you in advance! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Does anyone know how to solve the problem with SN? For some reason all SNs I generated following instructions on the first page didn't work. It is not accepted on my account. I upgraded from 3611xs to 3615xs.

    WIFI dongle

I have it working now. I can't remember what exactly made it working, but I remember that I recycle power a few times and also tried to configure it manually. It is working great right now. I didn't test the speed though, still working on some other settings.

    WIFI dongle

I have two USB WIFI dongles. One from my ONKYO receiver and another one is TRENDnet (TEW-648UBM - compatible with Synology) that I just bought yesterday. Both of them work on my DS111, but when I put them on my custom built server with Xpenology (XPEnoBoot 5.2-5644.5) it can recognize it as a device, but never finds a network. I couldn't find any information regarding this issue in the forum. Does anyone know how to fix it? Please help!!!
