I could not get command line to build for anything (various errors depending on what setting I was changing to attempt to troubleshoot, but NO successful build). Switched to editing the user_config.json via command line but then switching to the new web interface to run the build. Successful build everytime. If I get spare time to go through my logs I'll of file a proper bug report on pocopico's github, but until then, if you're having problems, try the web interface to run any builds.
