Then your having the same issue I'm having. The issue is that for some reason synoboot1-3 are not being created. I have the same card Perc h310 as well. No lights on the back of the card. When I looked into a bit more it says the "platform is not supoorted". There is no directory for /home/tc. The drives are connected to to ASM1062.
