Salut, J'ai une carte graphique intégré ( ASRock Z370M PRO4 et i5-8600K ) et effectivement, j'ai regarder en ssh, ce dossier n'existe pas ( /dev oui, mais /dev/dri non ) Oui c'est bien ce tuto que j'ai suivi principalement.

Mieux non, mais niveau prix/puissance c'est l'idéal. Pour 270€ tu as un i5-8600k, en Xeon a puissance équivalente tu en aura pour 400€ et la carte mère coûte plus cher ! Je viens de regarder se qu'il se fait en carte mère ATX actuellement, et mise apart celle ci : https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00252851.html, la MSI H310-A PRO qui sort un peu du lot a cause de ses 6 ports PCI mais qui na que malheureusement que 4 SATA ( les ports PCI permette de metre des cartes d'extension SATA ) aux max 4 SATA / ports Mais très franchement je partirai sur celle ci : ASRock Z370M PRO4 mATX ou Gigabyte B360M HD3

Unfortunately I only managed to get it to boot on the 918+ image with loader 1.04b, including the extras from "extra918plus_v0.13.3", but sadly to 10gbe Mobo is an Asrock X570M pro4 (Intel I211AT). No option to disable the UEFI boot on this board, so my options are limited... though I'm open to replacing it if absolutely necessary. I've tried the 916, 3615 and 3617, they never get an IP, even with default or additional extra's replaced. Used the exact same VID/PID/MAC's as the 918 (Intel primary, Asus secondary, or even just the Asus by itself). I guess the only options are to replace the mobo, buy an actual Synology 10gbe for double the price of the Asus XG-C100C, or an Intel for 4x the price? Unless there's something real dumb I'm missing with the other images / extra files? Otherwise I have everything working the way I'd like on the 918+. but transferring 40tb over 1gbe is going to suck.

Hallo zusammen, ich nutze den Loader 1.04b zum emulieren einer DS918+. Das ganze läuft auf einem AS Rock H87 Pro4 mit einem Intel 1230 v3. Bislang lief auch alles ohne Probleme. Jetzt musste ich einmal die NAS runterfahren und an einen anderen Platz stellen. Seitdem wurde ihm von der FritzBox entweder keine IP zugewiesen, die "Happy Hacking"-Meldung erscheint aber. Oder aber: Habe ein BIOS reset durchgeführt. Jetzt bekomm ich eine IP, aber der Synology Assistent bzw. find.synology finden nichts. Habe dazu alle HDD's erstmal abgeklemmt und nur den USB Stick dran. Es ist CSM aktiv und wird über Lagacy gebootet. Ich habe einige Beiträge gelesen und das gefunden: Wäre das eine Möglichkeit? Oder was könnte nach dem Herunterfahren passiert sein? Verstehe das Tutorial mit der " extra.lzma file" nicht so richtig, sorry... Viele Grüße

Hello, I just test new loader 1.03a2. DSM 6.2 is install and fine on my configuration: ASrock Z370M Pro4, Pentium G5500. Everything work fine except support of LSI 9211-8i controler. I use it on my old xpenology project. Can I install driver for it ? Many thanks for your work.

So, this has happened to me twice. After a week or two, something goes wrong and my XPenology baremetal NAS is simply broken. It does auto boot correctly (I have set up boot and shutdown times) but none of the services work. And when I open DSM it just tells me: "Sorry, the page you are looking for is not found." I cannot access any services like Plex, the Web Station, anything. SSH is working but when I login, it seems like a lot of files are gone. Volume1(my only mounted HDD) for example is empty. The first time around I lost a lot of my files, so in case it would happen again I did daily backups but this is just annoying having to reinstall the NAS every couple of weeks. Is this normal for Xpenlogy baremetal setups or am I doing something wrong? For the first install I used a randomly generated Serial. The Mac Address was correcly set and I carefully followed the installation guide both times. I mean everything works splendid for a while (1-2 weeks) and then out of the blue it just breaks. Furthermore I had the following apps running: Plex Server Web Station Several Docker containers with stuff like a Minecraft server, Headphones, Cuchpotato, Home Assistant Synology Drive FHEM (only the second time) some other Synology Apps some other 3rd party Apps The following might also be of interest: I have Optware installed (via a 3rd party bootstrapper package) to use IPKG I have an automatic boot/shutdown schedule running, it shuts down the NAS every evening and boots it early in the morning At 6 am it runs a full auto. backup using Hyperbackup to a USB drive (has worked nicely) I did try once or twice to login with my Synology Account (before I knew that that wouldnt work anyway and would only cause trouble) which of course did not work I spent many hours correctly configuring the access rights for all docke and non docker apps I disabled root SSH access and only allow public key auth. for SSH access Telnet is disabled The password for the admin account that I use is very strong and random (32 bits, with all security requirements enabled) Every minute I run an sh scripts which checks whether new stuff has arrived on an external server and the copies it over using SFTP Can anybody please help me. I can provide any data/information you need. Thanks in advance!

Bonsoir, Après un travail acharné (quasi la journée), j'hésite entre 2 setup... > AMD : Fractal Design NODE 804 AMD Ryzen 5 3200G Gigabyte B450 AORUS M Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory PNY QUADRO VCQP400DVI-PB Corsair TX550M > Intel : Fractal Design NODE 804 Intel i5 9600K ASRock B365M Pro4 Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory PNY QUADRO VCQP400DVI-PB Corsair TX550M La finalité de ce NAS est d'utiliser Plex via Docker et de pouvoir faire du transcodage 4 canaux sur du H265 10 bits 1080p mini. Le PC tournera H24, un peu comme mon PC Gaming ^^ En DD, j'ai 2x10To + 4x6To. En SHR, c'est intéressant car il n'y a pas de perte. L'évolution sera de tout passer en 10To. Je m'interroge aussi sur l'adjonction éventuelle d'un autre contrôleur réseau et/ou d'un contrôleur RAID ou SATA. J'ai un doute quant au besoin du GPU Quadro sur la config Intel... à voir selon vos retours. J'aurais besoin d'un point de vue sur la question de l'onduleur. Wow what a great place you have here i am so pleased i managed to find this fourm. So my aim is to upgrade from my 4 bay synology by building my own home sever with up to 10 bays available . This will be my very first home build so would like to make sure it will be fine before buying the parts and building it . This will mainly be a storage device for all my media DNLA server and for torrenting use, i dont really use plex so not that botherd if i have it or not . Motherboard : ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 CPU :AMD Ryzen 3 3200G 3.6 GHz Quad-Core RAM : Kingston HyperX Fury 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 I have done a lot of reading though the forum and as far as i can tell they should be fine . The only other thing im not sure about is it worth having an internal ssd on my motherboard and if yes will that automatically show up when i do the install or do i have to change or add code on set up .

EDIT: toutes mes excuses, j'ai cru que tu avais une AsRock z390M itx et tu sembles avoir une AsRock z390M Pro4, du coup les liens postés ne sont pas pertinents et je les ai donc supprimés. Sur ta carte mère, le i219V est peut être une variante avec un Device ID qui diffère des "classiques" (comme expliqué par flyride), cela arrive lorsque le fabricant y fait des modifications, pour le savoir et comparer ce device ID à la liste de ceux supportés, il faudrait installer un linux ou un windows rapidement mais bon, de ce que je lis, en faisant une recherche avec "AsRock z390M Pro4" dans ce forum, cette carte pose des problèmes à plusieurs personnes qui, comme toi, ne voient rien apparaitre sur le réseau. De ce que je lis également, l'ajout de l'extra règle le problème. Si tu ne t'en sors pas du tout, il reste la solution peu onéreuse d'acheter une HP NC360T sur ebay pour 20 euros, elle fonctionne sans rien bricoler.

@pmchan, @EVOTk, Bon j'ai fait tout bien ce qui est indiqué dans le tuto... Tout fonctionne bien puisque j'arrive sur l'écran de lancement du Grub et sur le message pour lancer Synology Assistant. Or .... je ne suis pas détecté ni par Synology Assistant, ni pas par Find synology, ni même par la livebox. Ma config est celle discutée : AsRock Z390M Pro4 (NIC : i219V) i3 9100 J'ai tenté de changer 1 caractère de la MAC pour voir pas fonctionné.... Plzzzzzz Help ..... Merci d'avance

Hola buen día quisiera saber el porqué ds 918+ no detecta mi pcie SATA (startech), está leyendo que es porque originalmente este NAS no soporta muchos hdd si es el caso entonces cual versión sería la correcta porque voy a instalar unas 15 terminales rj45 nic intel y unos 20 discos duros tengo un i3 8100 y z370 pro4 me pueden ayudar por favor
