    Hi Friends, have someone tried to install 7.01 into HP Gen8 Baremetal but using internal microsd card reader? Even if i use tinycore to build loader with VID and PID i get error when i try to install DSM. P.S. i have a working system into Gen8 so i use a blank and new disk to try.

    So you have to add serial port as network pipe

    Vmware what? esxi is different than Workstation in workstation you have to add serial port and redirect output to a text file in esxi you have to add a port, setup as network pipe with like telnet://8765 simply telnetting on esxi ip and port configured, you can view serial port

    Thanks, i'v dismounted card, i'm trying and i don't need to boot Other "issue" sometimes, like now, download of pat file is very slow, i already have pat file but i can't scp into /home/tc/redpill-load/cache even if run chmod 777. i'm on windows with putty companion so i use pscp -P 22 pat.file tc@192.168.1.100:/home/tc/redpill-load/cache/ But i get permission denied

    Nope, download virtualbox and use VM into your desktop pc, it need only 2 gbyte to compile loader Forum rules denied uploading loader.

    I'm noob and i'm not able to use github. I use spksrc framework to compile package that comes from other user. Tonight i will share package here if it fits

    I'm doing some experiment, but i need help. I can compile package to be installed into dsm7, vcenter knows vmtools but it works only shutdown.

    Until pocopico fix and improve pci scan, you could use a regular VM with rp-helper, in this way you can add all the extension you need

    Are you using baremetal system or virtual machine? It seems that sata controller is unknown
