pocopico replied to pocopico's topic in Developer Discussion Room
Please disregard my previous message, i'm in middble of something else and i didnt pay enough attention. Your system is always busy state, starting up, Thats something new, I dont know how to solve this. Something is holding the system from starting. Are your sataportmap and diskidxmap the same as before ? How are they set ? -

SataPortMap and DiskIdxMap are just an estimation TCRP Friend should handle all updates automatically. All the tests included starting from 7.0.1 and went up to 7.2.0 without running any manual command. -

For proxmox, i would use the loader attached at a USB disk. Please follow the instructions of other users, as this has been thoroughly tested and works. -

I've updated some modules, can you try to recreate the loader once more ? -
Unfortunately VGA console is not yet implemented on my side, you will not see anything on the screen after that. Only if you add a serial port and access that using e.g putty you 'll be able to access the console after that point. I'm planning though soon to add console support as well.

Im Just doing an upgrade from 7.1.0 to 7.2.0 on one of my home systems. Its not painless but its not that hard either. You download and burn the latest image on a new USB stick, keep you old settings (in user_config.json) and start from scratch using your old and last known working settings to build the new loader using you current DSM installed version as a base. Then once back to DSM, click manual upgrade using your downloaded PAT file and install to 7.2.0 and you should be back in operation in a couple of minutes. I will try to prepare a step-by-step guide soon.

The TCRP HTML Builder has reached a stable status and it is available for all to test and report any additions or ideas to improve. Thanks to all for the assistance in testing and especially @pcristi for pointing some bugs Thanks Mate ! You can have a look at : https://github.com/pocopico/tinycore-redpill/wiki/TCRP-Web-Builder More pictures and a how to manual will be soon be in the WiKI section of the repo. To try please download latest 0.9.4.8 and point your browser to the TCRP ip e.g. http://yourip -

You can always try HTML builder, that will solve your issue. -
I agree that when you get familiar with the software its an advertisement by itself. Lets keep it low for now and see how that goes. The activation cracks for various services are already available on other gh repos as standalone scripts etc. Its just that personally i dont want to distribute them with TCRP.

The general idea is that we do not ditribute copyrighted material in ANY WAY ! We do that for the fun of it and thats it. I personaly respect the work of Syno, i own a Syno device and i enjoy using it. I always suggest for production purposes to go and buy the real thing and support the developers and the company. Thats one of the reasons why i will never put a license crack/bypass to the loader (although this would be fun). If someone needs more that 8 licenses for surveilance that problably means he has enough money to go and buy / support the company.

ARC is an ARPL Fork 100%, i'm not following AUX. On the other hand, WJZ304 , has been very helpful with 7.2 and LKM compilation issues, If i was to get away from TCRP i think https://github.com/wjz304/arpl-i18n would be my cup of tea.
