  3. DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 8

Worked fine so far, did some usual testing and had no issues. My hardware is listed below.
  4. DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 6

No issues (so far) on DS3615xs Jun's 1.02b loader on baremetal. Done via control panel.
  5. DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 5

I'm on update 5, no problems so far.
  6. DSM 6.x.x Loader

Select partition 1 because it'll recall the other needed files.
  7. Basically, MBR is for old devices and GPT for newer ones, because of compatibility. Just google it and you shall see the difference between them.
  8. It's been reported by a bunch of members (including myself) that the update works fine. But it depends on the hardware that you're using. Make a test server and update, just to be sure before updating your main server.
  9. DSM 6.1.3-15152 Update 4

I'm on update 4 and no issues so far.
  10. DSM 6.x.x Loader

Here it is: https://mega.nz/#!mdoGHIpA!BV4Yao6XZ9mDLPhmbzVzoMTyXr2gDXQo5I6BWPn1UX4 It was compiled using 6.1.3 source.
  11. DSM 6.x.x Loader

Thank you a thousand times @Polanskiman! I compiled the driver and everything worked fine! Updated to 6.1!
  12. Because of your tutorial I was able to install 6.1 on my server Thanks!
  13. DSM 6.x.x Loader

Ok, just rechecked it and the motherboard NIC is really Attansic L2 Fast Ethernet aka Atheros. And I pulled out the pendrive to see which extra.lzma I was using and it's yours. But I already tried using yours on 1.02b, and the result was the same... I guess I should compile my own drivers? Output: [ 4.193800] usbcore: registered new interface driver ethub [ 52.885279] jme: JMicron JMC2XX ethernet driver version 1.0.8 [ 53.052902] usbcore: registered new interface driver kaweth [ 58.944397] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready [ 58.944433] atl2: eth0 NIC Link is Up<100 Mbps Full Duplex> [ 58.944442] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready Looks like I'm using wrong driver?
  14. DSM 6.x.x Loader

I guess I celebrated too early. Loader version 1.02b can't be located by Synology assistant. I did the same configuration as before. @edit Just checked my switch and it looks like that there's no network drivers for my NIC in 6.1 loader, there's no response from the server. I can connect freely through my 6.0.2 though. This motherboard (Asus P5LD2-X/1333) has a Atheros L2 Fast NIC. Any ideas?
  15. DSM 6.x.x Loader

Well, it's better to ask instead of bricking the NAS. I use the default extra.lzma ramdisk. I saw you took yours offline. One issue I'm having is really slow transfer speeds from NAS to local computers (11mbp/s lol), but I guess it's the CAT cables. Thanks once again @Polanskiman
