Добрый день, Уважаемые. Накатил на выходных XPEnology на свое железо (z170n/i3 7100/4x4Gb/2x2Tb), за основу взял образ DS3617xs (поправлял только VID/PID). NAS отработал около суток и, как я понимаю, схлопотал time bomb - при входе по IP вываливается страница "Извините, искомая вами страница не найдена.". Данные на NAS не критичны - предполагал, что возможны косяки. Уважаемые, прошу пошагово объяснить, как восстановить работоспособность XPE без потери данных? P.S. Пробовал подсовывать другой образ на флешке (изначально был 1.02a2, после проблемы попробовал загрузиться с 1.02b) - происходит восстановление, но после перезагрузки - "Извините, искомая вами страница не найдена."

also looking at the driver needed can be usefull when the drier is by default part of synologys dsm there is a higher possibility to get it working on later dsm versions like 6.2 (as you not depend on additional drivers from other people), the marvel in question do work with the ahci driver and from that point of view are not a bad choice edit:also i would not count on that list http://xpenology.me/compatible/ as it was for dsm 5.0/5.2 has nothing to do with whats going on with 6.1 and wahts supported i maintain a small driver extension for 6.1 3615 and there is also a list of kernel modules supported, but no detailed list what chip controller uses the module, i plan to extens this for the next version to make it easyer to see what hardware will work

Check the pat file md5 hash Is vid & pid of the stick correct? Which loader and and hardware are you using?

You may have damaged your array beyond repair, however you could try the Ubuntu live recovery process outlined by @polanskiman. You could also try a winscp session first and see if that allows you to access folders in 'volume1' and download.

get a new usb stick, download loader for 916, put it on the stick, edit the cfg! boot with the stick an choose migrate when asked (or make a test install on another hard diks) you can test new loader with the new usb stick. in case its not working you can change back to old stick ONCE YOU HAVE MIGRATED the data on your productive disk a downgrade is not possible the same way!

Yeah sure, go to control panel > activate the advanced mode in the top right corner, then go to hardware & power, choose the tab HDD Hibernation, then choose the time period for hibernation.

some DSM models has extra checks after running around a few hours, if this check is not passed, a few .so will be deliberately corrupted, the code to deal with this is not enabled for the model if you see "device not supported" in the kernel log Yes, I do see 'Device Not Supported' in the kern.log. I didn't have this issue with 6.02. So, something has changed in the 6.1 DSM code that enforces stricter checks? Is there something I can do to get around this or should I revert back to 6.02?
