Yeah sure, go to control panel > activate the advanced mode in the top right corner, then go to hardware & power, choose the tab HDD Hibernation, then choose the time period for hibernation.

I tried it aswell on N54L with AMD processor. Can somebody tell me how to uninstall the package on command-line, because on the webgui it won't uninstall. It tells me to delete the host, before uninstalling, but the host can't be deleted because vm's are still running. When i look up the vm's no one is running, because of the same reasons above. -

Hi @azn-tuan, which loader did you use? I own aswell a N54L but didnt get DSM 6.1 working. Actually stuck at DSM 6.0.2-8451. Polanskiman wrote "v1.02b (DS3615xs, DS3617xs and DS916+) is for DSM 6.1 - AMD loosely compatible and with Bios tweaks - Latest version for DSM 6.1" Could you please describe which bios tweaks you did?

The boot loader for the 6.02 is 1.01 and works perfectly selecting the AMD option. For the 6.1 or 6.1.1 the correct boot loader is 1.02a Sure that 6.1 or 6.11 runs with 1.02a on N54L?

Bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher ob ich normal gebootet oder "Install /reinstall" gewählt hatte. Jedenfalls konnte ich dann am Rechner im Browser durch Eingabe von "find.synology.com" auf den Server zugreifen. Ich habe dann manuelles Update ausgewählt und die 6er Version Update 8 von Synology DSM hochgeladen und gehofft Der Server startete dann wieder ganz normal und nach herausfinden der neuen IP des Servers in der Fritzbox (ich hatte vorher DHCP ausgeschaltet) konnte ich mit der Einrichtung weitermachen und alles Dateien waren auch noch da *freu* I like that und bei mir ist es auf dem HP N54L genauso das der June´s loader nicht funtzt nur der Acao. Wie sieht es dort aber mit DSM 6.1 aus (nicht DSM 6)? Also ich hab auch einen N54L und dort funktioniert Juns Loader (aktuell noch mit 6.0 unterwegs)...

N54L updatet to DSM 6.0.2-8451 Update 8 (Baremetal). Only Problem which I am having with DSM 6 since the beginning ist a sort of stuttering of the network connection. The problem is visible if I stream a video via plex or if I try coping something to the nas. With DSM 5 I didn't had this problem. Any ideas out there?

Hello, I am trying to get it running on a dell optiplex 740 with 2x320GB HDD. The USB key is prepared and i get the installation screen, but the web assistant tells me "No harddisks found on ds3615xs". Has someone a solution to this?

Got it working. Download DS3615xs 6.0.2 Jun's Mod V.101, put with Win32DiskImager on the USB key. Edit sn/mac/vid/pid as mentioned in first post. Then go to 3rd post download the file and replace it with the file on the usb key. Put the stick into the N54L, wait until "Booting Kernel" comes up. Go to find.synology.com and migrate you files. For me it worked fine, coming from DSM 5.2. Only problem at the moment → no https connections via Apps like ds get, ds audio to the dynamic dns domain from the server. Any ideas? I deleted the history on my phone and added a Let's Encrypt Certificate for the server.

Hello everybody, I got a HP N54L with a AMD CPU running on DSM 5.2 and I want to upgrade to DSM 6. I am a little bit confused. May someone help me to understand the progress on how to upgrade it? Befor I start with the upgrade the 1. posts tells me that AMD user should look for the 3rd post. There is a downloadlink which points to a bzImage file. What do I need to do with it? I also downloaded DS3615xs 6.0.2 Jun's Mod V.101. In that zip package there is the synoboot.img I guess I need to write that IMG to a USB key and then change sn/mac/vid/pid. I am missing some instructions how to upgrade. Thank you for any reply.
