Peter Suh Posted May 31, 2023 Share #427 Posted May 31, 2023 @pocopico, @wjz304 I have a question regarding the recent production of the integrated module pack, so I would like to confirm it. The vanilla module list with no modules installed is extracted as follows. Is it correct that these modules should not be overlapped with newly compiled modules for XPE? Or, even if it is in this list, is it correct that the recompiled XPE module should be overwritten and used again? pocopico Posted June 20, 2023 Share #431 Posted June 20, 2023 After upgrading a DS3622xs DSM system with Core2duo CPU to 7.2 (or U1) i've noticed that are certain functions that fail to execute. E.g. Downloadstation cannot perform search, Video station cannot index files etc. Some basic functions will still work though e.g. the DSM UI, the File manager etc. but i'm worring about CPU compatibility issues of older systems. Maybe older CPU users should stay at 7.1.1 U6 @wjz304 I'm planning to test using ARPL-i18n to see if its on my end, but since my schedule is tight, could you in the meantime verify somehow ? Are there other disk controller modules that can replace the onboard controller, the ata_piix module? Peter Suh Posted June 21, 2023 Share #445 Posted June 21, 2023 (edited) @wjz304 There are additional reports about ARPL-i18n. I left the Intel DG45ID MOBO on with the test completed 2 hours ago, but now, after 2 hours, the e1000e is not working and the nic is not responding. Until now, this MOBO is a stable INTEL MOBO that has never been FREEZE for no reason. Yesterday, TCRP did not have this phenomenon even if it lasted for more than 3 hours. Inevitably, the PC is forced to shut down. Edited June 21, 2023 by Peter Suh

scoobdriver Posted June 24, 2023 Share #449 Posted June 24, 2023 (edited) I've used @Peter Suh loader , and can't for the life of me get NVME M2 drives to show up in the webportal (passed through with ESXI) . I can see them using lspci , and disk -l . Anyone have any tips , tried running @007revad enable m2 volume scripts, etc . with no luck Tested with DS920+ and works with that model ? assume sataportmap / diskidxmap don't need to be declared . I waited for about 2 hours this time, but I see an unusual log. It seems to have happened after about 2 hours. It seems that the last task before fabio left was ARPL's performance processing. Could it be that it has something to do with it? This time, the LIC did not hang or hang like a kernel panic. Could this kind of performance processing cause instability?
