test DS3622xs+ success

I think, unfortunately, the matter is not so simple. In my case, HP Microserver N54L, new installation with DS3615sx (bromolow) DSM 6.2.3 25426 update 3 with Jun's loader 1.03b and internal HP-N54L broadcom network adapter: WOL and the Schedule boot up/down works fine. :-) Just tested again, no problems. I used this guide, post 81927 [--> script path for 6.2.3 is now: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/ or --> via Control Panel/Task Scheduler/ as root/bootscript]: And before, for my very old N54L, at least this (are there newer ones?) firmware update for the internal HP NxxL microserver NIC (unzip and installed via Windows boot stick ...): HP-NxxL_nic.zip (sorry, I still have to search where I found the update, could have been via: https://www.broadcom.com/support/download-search?pf=Ethernet+Controllers&pg=Ethernet+Connectivity%2C+Switching%2C+and+PHYs or could have been via https://www.hardwareluxx.de/community/threads/hp-proliant-n36l-n40l-n54l-microserver.752079/ or ? - But you should be able to find newer nic firmware directly at HP...) Сегодня попробовал обновиться на 7ку аппарат HPx510 core quad8400s 4G RAM 4HDD socet775, установил новый загрузчик, попробовал версию 3617xs загрузчик установился synology find его нашел предложил провести миграцию но при загрузке файла "pat" на 56% выдал ошибку что файл поврежден. Проверил на чистом диске тоже самое, решил проверить 918+ не регистрируется в сети не получает IP. Перешел к варианту 3615xs установился без проблем. Из коробки запустился WOL проснулся по запросу как положено.

Hallo! Gute Projekte zu unterstützen lohnt eigendlich immer. 😉 Die QTS Software ist nachdem ich hier einige Tage rumprobiert habe schon etwas anders als die DSM Software. Man müste die DSM Software auch so bekommen können zu einem annehmbaren Preis, dann würde sicher einige dieses Angebot nutzen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall bei Projekte weiter beobachten. 😎 cu-ya

Разница в количестве портов, открываемых наружу. Без обратного прокси - минимум 1 порт на требуемую службу. А чем больше портов наружу - тем больше возможных проблем с проникновением. С обратным прокси достаточно открыть всего 2 порта на устройство, где стоит прокси, а остальное делается уже внутри самого устройства.

unter DSM7 brauche ich keine VM´S, dafür habe ich ja den Unraid Server. Brauche die DSM eigenlich auch nur für die Fotocloud damit meine Frau einen einfachen Zugrif üder die Photos App hat. Also ja die DSM läuft nur im die Fotos von den Handys zu sichern und auf dem Server abzulegen. Aber dafür ist die DSM halt für Frau super einfach handzuhaben. 😃 Dann werde ich wohl zu meinem bevorzugtem AMD System greifen und den Unraid Server neu bauen. Aber ausser die VM*s und hardware decoding geht alles dann auch Problemlos ?

prinzipiell gehen ryzen auch aber du kannst in dsm dann keine vm's über VMM nutzen hardware decoding ist nur intel quicksync, das geht dann auch nicht außerdem ist 918+ auf 8 threads begrenzt, du müsstest HT abschalten oder besser 3617 benutzen (die hat aber kein nvme support)
