You are using i440FX, that is causing the KP. You need to switch to QEMU Standard PC (Q35 + ICH9, 2009)

I have tried. KP again. but the message is different.

Are you passing through GVT-d or GVT-g , with d you need to make sure nothing else is using the integrated graphics . (Including the host)

GVT-g allows you to share the integrated graphics between guests

I tried both successfully , but settled with GVT-g so I could share the intel graphics between windows and DSM in Proxmox.

With GVT-d I had to make sure no other guest was using the device, and also it was released properly when stopping a guest using it .

This was with UHD630 , to allow i915 in DSM for Plex transcoding . .

I’ll take a look further if you need any more info .

Sending a PM with a question, not to highjack the thread.

Edit, ok maybe not, will not let me add text to the message? LOL.  I tried repeatedly to pass through graphics of an i7-3770 in proxmox, and never got passed the error 43 or error 10? I cant remember which now, in Windows 10. The windows 10 vm saw the internal graphics, but would blue screen anytime trying to install drivers. If you can PM me, I would love to figure out what I did wrong? I couldn't actually type anything in a PM to you.

Sorry for the off topic post.
