You are correct!! I had an issue with shutdown & reboot. The solution is disable all 3 in the BIOS. Boot Settings -> Embedded NIC Port 1 Control – [Disabled] Boot Settings -> Wake-On LAN – [Disabled] Chipset -> Atheros AR8132M NIC – [Disabled]
