Still have chance to make it work? N54L just too weak for working with esxi...

I am using HP N54L with HP SmartArray P410. I tried to upgrade from 5.2 to 6.1.3 with bootlader 1.02b and v.3 that download at the page1. That's good to detect the drive finally, but it prompts fail to format drive(error 35) as below. Hope can help. Thanks

I got installed 5.2 with HP Smart Array P410 without problem. And now i try to upgrade to 6.1.3 and make use bootloader 1.02b. I can search it at Synology Assistant but it shows that i have no HDD as below. I think there is controller driver missing at the bootloader, may i know where and how to insert it into bootloader? Besides, i using the console HP N54L, any drivers i need to insert, besides controller driver? Thanks
