JNAS Posted August 17, 2023 Share #1 Posted August 17, 2023 Have an Xpenology 3622xs+, have the s/n and mac from my broken 3622xs+ everything works fine including QuickConnect, but I lack Wake-on-LAN. So I want to purchase the original Synology E10G18-T1 https://www.synology.com/en-us/products/E10G18-T1. I will turn off the built-in LAN and install the E10G18-T1 and connect the internet to it. JNAS Posted August 18, 2023 Author Share #3 Posted August 18, 2023 I don't want to buy an expensive original Synology E10G18-T1 for which mac goes through Synology databases, and use the s/n from the original 3622xs+ that everything would work like on the original device and QuickConnect and Wake-on-LAN is the idea.
