You will have to build the loader and reinstall the .pat file again, but your data will still be there. You should get a prompt to "Migrate" to the "New" Build.

You will also have to reinstall some apps.

What I have done will all my builds is keep notes of all my user_ config.json settings and using the same brand of USB drive (PID/VID is always the same).

What exactly does a USB flash drive dead mean?

I would like to receive more information.

Does it mean that the IP address is not resolved and the DSM is also not bootable?

Does the living thing mean data partitions?

Are you using REDPILL which is one of ARPL/TCRP/TCRP Friend?

Which load out of the three is it?

Which model and DSM version did you build with one of the three loaders above?

The instability is simply because of the bad luck of choosing the model, so it can be seen that only the loader has fallen into a kernel panic.

The USB flash drive is not detected and power is not even supplied to it. On this issue, there is a clear understanding that she died.

The USB flash drive on which the loader 1.02 or 1.03 was located (I don't remember now). The loader was was for 3617 or 3617. The version was exactly up to 6.2 (it was August 2018). 6.02 may be

Looks like I'll have to buy a new USB stick and re-record Jun's loader.
Trying to migrate directly to REDPILL DSM 7 seems a bit risky.
DSM 6 Latest Jun's Loader for DS3617xs Try it out.
Please consider using REDPILL after finding DSM 6 stabilization.

Yes, I myself understand that I need to do it for sure

по факту мне не нужны данные приложений на предыдущей DSM. Только то, что использовалось как NAS для файлов.

in fact, I don't need application data on the previous DSM. Only what was used as a NAS for files.

RedPill is for DSM 7
jun's loader version 1.03b is probably the last version for DS3617xs, and can only be updated up to DSM 6.2.3.
If you update to 6.2.4, you may fall into a kernel panic or infinite recovery loop.
