I'm about to buy 240gb hard drives

My current system has three 3 terabyte hard drives in a raid 5 configuration

I'd like add 2 4TB Harddrives  But change move to SHR

Can I convert this to a Synology hybrid raid without losing data

it not seeing Asus  Motherboard m3n78-vm SATA Ports ...

it dose is my SATA Card and all 3 3TB Drives

I like to be able to get onboard SATA Working again  That gives me 4 more Drives  other wise I have 1 drive left

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand the question.  This thread was about expanding RAID5, but now you have an upgrade problem and you are looking for diagnosis?

If I look at this:

it looks like you have done a major upgrade and changed loaders.  And your motherboard is an NVIDIA chipset which may not be supported at all, or need extra.lzma.  I didn't answer because I have no idea about that hardware.  But if you post this as a new question so that people can actually see it, you might get a (better) answer.
