I read in the forum that some users have problems with USB ports. I want to know that the problems have been solved with the nanoboot 5.0.3.1 and with the bios update 06/03/2014 1:20 1. Improve USB compatibility. 2. Update CPU code. those of you who have this motherboard that can tell me if the motherboard and now '100% compatible with xpe? and if the usb3port are recognized. also the performance of the bay trail are better than n54l? sorry for these questions, but I am very careful to consumption and this motherboard is 'really interesting thanks for the answers

Billy6 Posted July 7, 2014 #10 Posted July 7, 2014 Q1900DC-ITX has (2x sata 300) and (2x sata 600). Can those 2 different connections been used for 1 raid 5 with 4 drives? Love this board! Thanks in advance
Schnapps Posted July 7, 2014 #11 Posted July 7, 2014 Yup, that's how I have it. 4HDDs in SHR-1 on a Q1900-ITX that has 2x SATA2 and 2x SATA3 But also planning to insert a mSATA half size SSD directly in the board (yes there is a slot for mSATA half size SSD) for a hypervisor and to use DSM in a VM. Billy6 Posted July 7, 2014 #12 Posted July 7, 2014 I'm sorry but I want to make a raid 5 configuration with this board. I saw in specs that it has 2 controllers with each 2 connections. I want to make one raid 5 with those 2 controllers. Or does someone know a cheap raid card that is supported by xpenology?
Schnapps Posted July 7, 2014 #13 Posted July 7, 2014 Dude, I said it's working! Use DSM to create a SHR-1(RAID5) volume Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Schnapps Posted July 8, 2014 #15 Posted July 8, 2014 Keep us updated and use the latest version 5.0 4493 Update 2 and the latest nanoboot Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
xpenologycacapee Posted July 8, 2014 #16 Posted July 8, 2014 I've got the same board on order. Looks like ESXI doesn't work now. How are you going to use virtualization on this board? Thanks
Schnapps Posted July 8, 2014 #17 Posted July 8, 2014 I've got the same board on order. Looks like ESXI doesn't work now. How are you going to use virtualization on this board? Thanks I'm a beta user at VMware for vSphere and currently there are in beta with vSphere 6.0. I asked them on their forums how can i do it and got 2 replies with some boot parameters: My backup is not yet finished so i don't want to start before it reaches 100%. Try the following if you are quickier: https://communities.vmware.com/message/2399321#2399321
