Scheint so, als ob der Sensor Chip von Deinem Board nicht korrekt ausgelesen wird. Also musst Du posten welchen Chip Du hast und darum bitten, dass der passende Treiber beim nächsten Update mit ins Paket aufgenommen wird.

Das hab ich ja versucht zu erklären, die Systempartition (mit dem OS) gibt es auf jeder Festplatte, es gibt kein einzelnes Systemlaufwerk. Wie wird dir denn die SSD im Speichermanager überhaupt angezeigt (als was)? Wird die überhaupt benutzt? Eigentlich kannst Du die als SSD-Cache konfigurieren (eine Art schnellen Zwischenspeicher)...

DSM erstellt auf allen eingebauten Festplatten automatisch Systempartitionen, damit wird sichergestellt, dass die Systemkonfiguration nicht verloren geht. Du hast nicht wie unter Windows ein Systemlaufwerk. Ich verstehe momentan nicht, wie Du die SSD konfiguriert hast, als Cache?

Also die SSD wird nur als Bootloader benutzt (daher nehmen die meisten hier nur einen USB-Stick). DSM legt dann eine Systempartition auf Deinen HDDs an und nur dort kannst Du dann auch Pakete installieren, ist ganz normal und sollte nicht zu Problemen führen.

First of all thank you to everybody for this great work. I would like to give some feedback on bare-metal installation (see signature). After migrating from to old bootloader to the new one and updating the system my fixed IP was lost and I had to re-configure it. My Thermal-status is always on 40°C. CPU is always on 1.6 GHz. HDD do not hybernate. Looks like some sensor informations are not working... Keep on developing this loader it's great work!

Tested under ESXi with test disks (real sata disks SHR2 mounted via RDM) on Gen 8 ... only issue is that nobody knows how to change S/N MAC1 MAC2 in the install VMDK (btw, I wait to migrate my main DSM5.2 system with 23MB disks ...) I experimented migration from Xpenoboot 5.2 to the new loader without issues, system detected a migration, keeping the SHR2 etc. upgrade then to 6.2 with normal procedure from Synology repository. VMDK to use with ESXi is in #1 topic ... few people have had some problem, then a v10 VM is also available Page 3 Thanks for the Info. I just want to boot via USB, no VM, I think you call it baremetal. Is that possible? - If so which image can I use, there are so many different ones around here that it is hard to follow. Tx

Hy, this is a very interist project. I am currently running Xpenoboot_DS3615_5.2-5967 on a Asrock N3700 Board with 4 Sata disk in SHR2. Is there a way to migrate without having to re install everything? If so can soeone point me to latest image to be used? Thanks a lot
