Dear All,

Newbie here, need help....

first time install DSM using arpl v1.0 beta9 on my custom diy 24bays nas.

Before i discribe my problem, it is better for me to tell my hardware setup:-

1. Asrock B450M Motherboard

2. AMD Ryzen 3200 CPU

3. 16GB RAM

4. Samsung 250GB SSD

5. LSI SAS 9311-i8 card

6. Seagate 16TB Hardisk x12 pcs

7. WD 3TB Hardisk x9 pcs

8. WD 2TB Hardisk x3 pcs

** All hardisk is connected to LSI SAS 9311-i8 card

** Samsung SSD connected to Motherboard Sata port

i have managed installed DS2422+ with DSM7.1.1-42962 update3.

the DSM working fine but UNABLE to detect ALL hardisk but only SSD.

so, what should i do inorder to let DSM detect all my 24pcs Hardisk?

i have try to reinstall using DS3622xs+, but unfortunately it wont Boot maybe due to i am using AMD CPU..

please help and give me the solution on how to settle my problem.

wishing all of you a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023. Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks and regard

DS2422+ is a device-tree based model.

This is the V1000 platform.

The V1000 platform does not work with HBAs.

Having an AMD CPU doesn't mean you can't use the DS3622xs+.

Replace ARPL with M SHELL for TCRP FRIEND I developed.

It is not difficult to build with a menu method similar to ARPL.

How to use the menu.

there is usually one "loss" when doing that, you can't use synology's VMM for handling virtual machines

also beside using tcrp friend it might be enough to just restart arpl and configure it to 3622 as base for the system to install
