Migrate disks from a BIOS based to UEFI based Xpenology Server

Head Scratcher

Question

Is there a migration path for this?

I built a new bare metal UEFI based server and tested it by sticking a blank test HDD drive in, created a pool and share.  It worked perfectly.  I removed the test HDD and tired moving all the drives from a legacy (bios) bare metal installation into the new server and booted.  At this point I get a grub rescue prompt.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Even if your BIOS is UEFI Boot, would you like to try switching to the legacy one from the link below?

I have no problem using this legacy file for both UEFI/Legacy.

If the same phenomenon occurs with this legacy image

Please report any messages that appear at the top of the grub prompt.
