Dual Ethernet not getting full speed.

I installed the HP HC360T on my i7 6700 custom box and for some reason only 1 of the Ethernet ports is getting 1gbps. The other was is only 100mbps. Is that common for you guys? Thanks.

all cases i can remember where about cable and little mishaps (port on switch configured to 100Mbit, wrong switch connected)

seems unlikely that the driver for a dualport card would be only be working for one port the right way

whats on the other side of the cable?

The both cables goes into a Synology Router.  I set it up as bonded.  Just 1 is bonded at 1gb and the other one is 100mb.

what happens when you switch cables or use it without a bond

maybe try a different switch for testing
