RyEk Posted February 17, 2020 Share #1 Posted February 17, 2020 Hi. Sorry for my bad English. My hardware is Athlon 3000G, Asus B450M-A, 8GB RAM with RTL8111H LAN integrated. I have ONLY very slow reading transfer from NAS on default settings IP6 (Auto) = ~2MB/s. When I turned off IP6, reading transfer is FULL speed of1Gbps ~100MB/s. This problem is ONLY with reading from NAS. It is ok, when i write on NAS with IP6 (Auto). I checked with DSM 6.2.2 and 6.2 wit Jun's 1.03b loader. On my second hardware with Intel Atom D525, 4GB with Intel LAN is ALL ok. Any solution?
IG-88 Posted February 17, 2020 Share #2 Posted February 17, 2020 i'm already using the latest realtek driver in the 0.5 package for 6.2.2 only thing would be to exchange the driver with the older from the kernel, bat with loader 1.03b thats kernel 3.10.105, pretty old your athlon would be capable of loader 1.04b and 918+ image, that has kernel 4.4.59, might be better then 3.10.105 do you want to test this with a custom driver package? RyEk Posted February 21, 2020 Author Share #3 Posted February 21, 2020 (edited) Yes please, i want custom driver package. I checked with DSM 6.2 with 1.03b loader without extra driver (old driver?) on DS3615XS and DS3617XS and not working. That is exacly the same like on 6.2.2 with 1.03b loader with extra driver. I never used 918+. Where I find SN for 918+? XPenology serial generator has for 3615, 3617 and 916+. Cheers. P.S. Can I transcode video with Athlon Vega 3 integrated graphic? bearcat Posted February 22, 2020 Share #4 Posted February 22, 2020 @RyEk I am curious, what are you using IP6 for? And is it just internally, or do you have external/public IP6 as well?
