    Hi, I need help. The story: I have xpenology 7.2.1 under proxmox, TRPC loader. I have 5 hdd (100 gb virtual for system, 3 in raid, 1 single). It worked properly. I did a restart, it restarted, but i cant login, xpeno says: The system getting ready, please log in later. Restart, result is same. 1. I tired to renstall loader, dont boot xpeno. 2. I changed loader to ARPL RR 23.11.10. I maked new loader. 3. ARPL found the xpeno, repaired it. It booting. 4. I can login the system, but said system partitions are broken, fix it. I push "fix" it. 5. I try to reboot. And dont boot again. 6. In loader I choose "force reninstall DSM" 7. repeat again from 3. Sometimes it dont show partitons errors, but I go to partiton manager, i see, it repair itself. It work until first reboot, because after fix, it cant boot again. how can I fix this loop?

    Thank you! I reinstalled the dsm, now all work perfectly. You asked me, set SataPortMap=888 and DiskIdxMap=00. It is good for me? Or what is the correct numbers?

    What can I do now? How do I access my documents? DSM is dead. Even samba doesn't work. How can I downgrade the system? Or reinstall? If I change the serial number, will it reinstall the dsm?

    I dont remember the old 7.1 diskidxmap and sataport values. The CLI satamap now command gives back SataPortMap=1 and DiskIdxMap=10. The web version detect 0 and 8. I tried both, same result: "Booting up the system. Please login later!"

    I know this IP block system, If there are too many login attemps. then it says too many login attempts, IP blocked. Here is another problem. Here it say: "Booting up the system. Please login later!" I cant login, I cant access the dsm.I tried another IP too. Same error. How can I reinstall the DSM?

    I did the usb loader. Now not restarted the VM, but the result is same: DSM boot, I see Login screen. Enter Username and passwd. "Booting up the system. Please login later!" I cant login. I waited 1 hour, but nothing changed.

    The system worked like this for a long time. The loader booted, everything was fine. You changed something yesterday, since then the loader won't even boot. I don't think this is normal, you might have messed something up. Please find and correct the bug. Ok, I'll try to boot from usb.

    Of course: Proxmox run on this hardware: Asrock Steel Legend H570 motherboard Intel i5-11400 CPU 32 GB ram 512 GB NVME SSD 1x2.5 Gb ethetnet Xpenology virtual mashine: 6 GB ram 4 cpu core 6 HDD: - sata0: 1 GB loader -sata1: 100 GB virtual HDD for DSM and programs -sata2-4: SHR raid for my data -sata5: single volume for camera video Virtio network card I used before 7.1 dsm on 920+. It worked perfectly 1 years long Yesterday I tried to update it to dsm 7.2

    I did it, but something went wrong. I recreated the loader. Friend boot, show IP, Mac, etc. Count back 5 to 0, and try loading (i think). But 1 sec after the virtual machine restart, and boot again. start friend... I tried 3x times to recreate loader. The new loader (web) detect SataPortMap= 0 DiskIdxMap= 8 The old loader (below 0.9) detect SataPortMap= 1 DiskIdxMap= 10 Which is good? I tried both, always restart the vm. I tried start it without friend, I selected direct sata from menu, vm restarted inmeditaly

    "Booting up the system. Please login later!" I cant login login sience 4 hours. Services (plex, samba) dont run. ssh work, but if I try to login: Server unexpectedly closed network connection. What can I do? Please help

    Hello I tried your Web builder. I upgreded my 920+ from 7.1 to 7.2 I booted image, put my Ip to browser, select my model and add 2 extensions: ACPI and Virtio Build First boot with friend was ok. The system ask the new .pat, upgrade... First login OK. I trired restart. OK system boot, login screen. Enter Username and passwd. AND The system is ready. Please log in later! or similar message. I cant login. I waited 10 mins, tired it adain, nothing changed. I see login screen, and ask pw, but nothing changes. What can I do? I tried rebuild the loader, the result is same... Edit: I use xpeno under proxmox

    Yes, hot plug is enabledin the bios, 4 hdd work perfectly. I disconnected the 5th hdd, but the systen don't boot. I think, i did big mistake with the new loader creation. We forget the 5th hdd, first we try to fix the boot process. Thank you!

    Hello I did upgrade 918+ from 7.1.0 U2 to U3. It was successful. Then I add one more hdd to the syno. The DSM didnt found it. I thought I make one new loader. I built one new 918+ 7.1.0 loader. All are successful, oh not. The DSM didnt boot. Ok, I tired postupdate. But it is unsuccessful, it found: Found Version : 7.1-42661-0 Do you want to use this for the loader ? [yY/nN] : It didnt fount the U3. What can I do now? How can I fix this? Thanks!

    Hello I use 918+ 7.1.0 u1 under proxmox. I tired to update u2 I did ownload and manual upgrade. After restart, I started the loader ./rploader.sh update now ./rploader.sh fullupgrade now ./rploader.sh backup ./rploader.sh postupdate apollolake-7.1.0-42661 reboot After syno restarted, it drop errors. If I press repair, it do it, then show all hdd are normal. But i do reboot, it show it again. Fix it, all are normal. Reboot, show errors again. The hdds are ok, smart ok too. What can I do?

    What is buildroot option? I use i440fx on 918+, everything work perfectly
