It's definitely missing a driver for your network card. Please open an issue at "https://github.com/fbelavenuto/arpl-modules/issues" requesting this module, it will make my life easier.

Please upload the two files (arpl.vmdk and arpl-flat.vmdk) and use the "arpl.vmdk" in the ESXi/VMWare.

For some reason the e1000e driver does not work with this card. Other users have reported the same problem. I still haven't figured out the reason but I'll let you know if I can fix it.

Please go to loader, menu option "Modules", select "Select all modules", rebuild the loader and test it.

You can use the new option from the latest ARPL release to be able to select which module to use. Try to leave the r8169 selected and the r8168 not, if it still doesn't work invert. Several people have complained about this same problem and I still don't know how to solve it.

Boot to the loader (choose Configure Loader grub option), change the model to DS920, choose the last buildnumber, etc. Before boot the loader access via Samba (In a window machine execute \\[ip]\arpl\p3\dl) and get the .pat for DS920. The module already exists and should be loaded automatically, without you having to do anything. "lsiutil" just put the "lsiutil" executable to change settings by command line inside DSM. I was able to test the mpt3sas module (and mpt2sas) with a Dell Perc H310 card (LSI SAS 2008) and an Inspur something (LSI SAS 2308) and had no problems, but several people are complaining that some didn't work, so I still don't know how fix this problem.

DSM already has the driver for the 4th generation, so without installing any ADDON it should work.

Please configure HDs as SATA, not SCSI. SataPortMap only works with SATA ports

Hi, the "support_oob_ctl" param is because the DS3622XL has 5 interfaces, four normal and one is used for this OOB (OutOfBand) control. The DSM scripts reduces one interface when this param is set YES. The Addon i915 is only for 10th generation, for you with 4th gen. do not install this addon.

Please remove the synoinfo entries "maxlanport", "netif_num" and add "support_oob_ctl" with value "no"
