  1. I was able to create the SHR using PCIe passthrough using 3-3TB SATA drives and 2 64 GB SSD drives I used for cache. Can I ask what sata card you have for PCIe pass through? Also, did you have to create a RAID group first before creating the Volume? It seems I have to create a raid group and then can create a volume from there. But there is no SHR option. 2. Has anyone been able to create a SHR volume with this? I don't see the option. I'm forced to create a raid group and cannot just create Volumes from the start. Is this normal?
  3. I don't believe this works in VirtualBox because the VirtualBox network drivers aren't in the package. So it won't pick up any network.
  4. What is the performance like with RDM disks? Is it a major difference to having an onboard sata controller? Also, is it better to run DSM on baremetal or in ESXi? Is there any downsides to either? Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  5. Okay great. Now to figure out QuickConnect and I'll contemplate using this DSM 6 as my daily driver. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk
  6. Also, Has anyone got Let's Encrypt working on this version? I can't seem to get it working.
  7. Still trying to get QuickConnect working. I've tried changing DNS servers Disabling IPv6 Disabling Firewall But still get the same error. Is it possible that this has been blocked from inside DSM somehow?
  8. I hear ya! I'm in need of those features as well as Virtual station. Somethings I just can't run in docker. haha.

  11. Hi all, I've created a pushbullet channel that will alert you when Synology upload new files to the Synology Open Source Project. Just a way to keep an eye on when Synology release the DSM 6 source files. https://www.pushbullet.com/channel?tag= ... rceupdates
