Bueno si no perdiste los datos, algo es algo. Sobre el tema de servicios, has probado (temporalmente) a desactivar el cortafuegos en el NAS, a ver si el problema está en las reglas que pueda tener? Supongo que el NAS está accesible a través de Internet? puedes acceder al Download Station también desde Internet? o cualquier otro servicio?

Por ssh puedes al menos comprobar y acceder a los datos, si es que estuviera accesible. La otra opción si el nuevo DSM te arranca, podrías intentar borrar la primera partición de los discos antiguos e intentar repararlos una vez los conectes al nuevo DSM, previo backup obviamente.

y tienes activado el acceso por SSH? te deja acceder a través de él?

Hola, Cuando dices que no tienes acceso a DSM, te refieres a que no puedes hacer login en él? o a que no te carga la web del NAS? si es está última la respuesta, has comprobado que el NAS no haya cogido otra IP? El synology assistant la detecta?
