DSM 7.2 how to put NAS to sleep?

I want to put my NAS to sleep (not shutdown).  I tried the "systemctl suspend" command but got the message "Failed to start suspend.target: Unit suspend.target failed to load: No such file or directory".  What's the best way to put the NAS to sleep?  Thank you!
