The system detected that drive reset command has failed (lost disk!)

Anyone else seen this problem?

 

Everything working fine until yesterday. I had a small SSD drive (drive 5) which I used as volume 1. Volume 2 has 4 x 1GB Western Digital Drives all showing as healthy.

 

Drive 5 (Volume 1) has disappeared with the log entry of the title. I am unable to access Volume 2.

 

Changed drive 5 (Volume 1) for another perfectly working SSD. Only to  see the same problem with the same log entry.

 

Any ideas?
