Disable internet for Synology / Xpenology

Install a license C6Y33DM7PMGRRXT843QK

Turn internet back on

On my xpenology it doesn't work. Instalation with putty , root permitions. Surveillance license manager report "cant get license server"

It works on mine with DSM 7.1

Are you using 7.2?

The off.conf method has been removed from the latest surveillance station. So this methods does not work anymore.

 

If however you have installed your licences in an older version eg. 9.1.0-10660,  and upgrade afterward the licences still work. 

C6Y33DM7PMGRRXT843QK key provided above seems blacklisted.

It works for me but take it into account that it is working only on DSM 7.1 with Surv. station v. 9.1.0-10660. _MAK_ is right that after upgrade licences still work. But you have to buy legal licence keys, because keys provided on net are all blacklisted.

I had 4O licenses , manual upload for a modified surveillance package, but it does not work on DSM7.  I have spent a lot of time for DSM 6.2 to install it properly. No updates were possible and that version didn't support Ai recognition. Someone can take of DSM 7.xx - it's possible, but you can't update it after the manual install this is for sure. Don't get deceived on MAC and Serial - this is BS.  Someone needs to work on it and post updates.

omg, that hack works indeed, installed : 9.1.1-10728 spk file, disabled NET, added some keys , no activation was asked!

updated to latest 9.x version, and still works!

confirmed working. no issue, downgraded to 9.1.1-10728, install licences and update to latest ver.

Yes this works!

 

I manually installed the previous version of Surveillance Station, then followed the above directions to install a licence.  I then upgraded to 9.2.0-11289 and it seems to be working.

 

However I can't comment on the licence key that was posted above.  I have a legitimate Synology licence key that I wanted to move from an ancient Synology box to a brand new one I recently purchased.  Unfortunately, I kept getting an error when I tried installing the licence on the new box.  Very frustrating, but the above directions solved my problem.

Try installing this version below, then disable internet on your Synology, remove for example gateway/DNS , then enter a key, activate will work without internet, then Restore Internet and update to later version...
