colorist Posted January 11, 2023 Share #1 Posted January 11, 2023 Hello. Need help. Successfully upgraded from DSM 6.2.3 DS3615xs to DSM 7.1 DS3622xs+ with TCRP loader. System - Athlon II x2, MB Asus M4A785G, 6GB RAM, 3x4TB WD Red, RAID5. Everything works correctly. Excluding APC bx650ci-rs UPS. The system does not see it. On DSM 6.2.3 everything worked correctly. Tried migrating to DSM 7.1 DS3615 with TCRP loader, also the UPS is not visible in the system. Replaced USB cable - no luck. As far as I understand, you need to include extensions in the loader? I checked and the UPS was not found but I had VirtualHere package installed and I don't know if it caused an issue or not but I uninstalled it and rebooted and I can see my UPS again.
