DVA3221, moved ESXi, now problem

Hi!

I moved my ESXi installation to another PC. ESXi itself works fine. I also can boot into TC. Trying to boot into DSM gives me the following messages on serial:

I tried to rebuild the loader with no success (same result). Can someone please help me?

It appears the errors are not related to the VM not working. But after "Starting kernel with SATA boot" (reading serial) just nothing seems to be happening. The VM however isn't crashing, and I also don't get a kernel panic. I have no idea about how to debug this...
