OK, what loader are you using ?

You need to set the vid:pid of your USB disk correctly, then of course fix the SataPortMap. I would change to SataPortMap=1 and move up until you find the right one.

could you kinldly show me how to do SataPortMap  , iam using DS3622xs+_7.1-42661 loader

Yes,

you may test with reboot and while at GRUB select your boot option (USB) and press "E"

use your arrow keys to go down to the line that starts with linux and go to the SataPortMap= and change that to 1

then press F10

If this does not work, i suggest you also change in the same way the HddHotPlug from 0 to 1

Thank you so much , after modifying SataPortMap to 1 and HddHotPlug to 1 it works so fine

Hi. I'm having a similar issue. I've used these commands to build but when i try to upload the .pat it fails at 47% every time. I've tried various sataportmap settings and enabled hotswap without success.

./rploader.sh update now
./rploader.sh fullupgrade now
./rploader.sh serialgen DS3622xs+
./rploader.sh identifyusb now
./rploader.sh satamap now
./rploader.sh ext broadwellnk-7.1.0-42661 add https://github.com/pocopico/redpill-load/raw/develop/redpill-virtio/rpext-index.json
./rploader.sh ext broadwellnk-7.1.0-42661 add https://github.com/pocopico/redpill-load/raw/develop/redpill-acpid/rpext-index.json
./rploader.sh build broadwellnk-7.1.0-42661
