Biostar Mobo for budget low energy setup.

Thinking about building a low power Xpenology box. I am considering a Biostar J1800MH2 board (this uses a Realtek RTL8111G LAN adapter) and 2GB ram. Any changes you would recommend for a similar budget? Other Motherboard options are a Biostar A68N-2100K which is AMD or Gigabyte GA-J1800N. Any protential issues in this setup. Looking to create a low energy DSM system (what power supply should I use), so looking for a fanless cpu/board. Alternative is a Synology  220J, so dont need a massively powered CPU to compete with the 220J, but would be nice to have something a bit more powerful that could come with some of the other features of DSM, 

 

Are their any better options for similar costs?

i'd suggest a more recent cpu (apollolake/geminilake) and and min. 4GB RAM (afair all images used for xepnology have 4GB ram in there original hardware)
