DSM verrsion 6.1.5-15254 shuts down and restarts without booting into DSM

I am using DS3617xs version on suppermicro. Works normally with 8GB Ram configuration, 12xHDD 8TB. Until I upgraded the RAM to 24xHDD 8TB. Then when I shutdown and restart, DSM not boot. What is the cause I have not yet determined. Please help me with this case.

Not sure. Try removing the RAM and see if it boots normally again. Could be that the ram is defective?

I think he has upgraded the HDDs to 24x8tb not the ram .

Indeed, I misread.

 

Then the reason might be that DS3617xs is limited to 12 disks. Look at the synoinfo.conf file. If you want to add additional disks you need to edit the file. Several lines need to be edited:

maxdisks=

esataportcfg=

usbportcfg=‬

internalportcfg=‭

Please note that these settings will revert to default if you update DSM.

I have configured with maxdisks =58 with link below. 

Works well with 12 disks. but when I add a total of 24 disks, the situation is that reboot does not boot into dsm.
