Hola, me está pasando lo mismo, soy nueva. El motherboard Gigabyte detecta 4 discos, pero Xpenology no . Entro al Bios y no hay ninguna función para desactivar SATA IDE Combined Mode. No sé si es un problema del DSM 5.1.5055, o que yo no sé como lograr que Xpenology cree los volumenes. Agradezco cualquier ayuda.

muchas gracias bluesnow , walflower y juanvi. Efectivamente de todos saco un poquito. el Guru IG-88 me ayudó bastante para comprar el Hardware. He comprado el hardware (gigabyte 365B DS3H, I3 8100, 8GB ddr3) -- Aún no esta armado el NAS. Lo usaré como servidor de videos para bajar en forma remota cuando no estoy en casa, o para compartir mis videos con otros, uso archivos de 20-30GB, lo usaré como backup, copiado y conversión de Video (no Plex, no PCordenador... solo server NAS)... sigo con dudas.. La placa tiene un slot M2... 1) ahí le puedo instalar xpenology? 2) colocaré 6 discos sata con un total de 12TB 3) mi idea es en el futuro colocar una placa 10g para usar como un server de edición--- 4) es posible que el server tenga un booteo dual , cuando quiero booteo con xpenology y cuando quiero uso Linux o Win10 ? --- 5) por último, qué DSM me recomiendan para empezar? no quisiera volverme loca con las actualizaciones e incompatiblidades cada vez q actualiza, es decir... cuál sería la versión menos problematica de xpenology?. graciass.

AHH, I thought it was a way to have the xpenology operating system on a fast ssd to boot. But on the server neither the cache nor an ssd is important for fast boot in my case. So, where do you recommend placing the xpenology operating system?

Pues parece que en español nadie aporta mucho del tema. He obtenido información del english forum. Quisiera saber los siguiente: 1) puedo instalar xpenology sobre una tarjeta M2 ssd Corsair? 2) Para funcionamiento de NAS (sin monitor, solo server), si coloco un i3 4núcleos, en vez de un Celeron (2 núcleso) no estaría desaprovechando el xpenology ? gracias!

Hi ig-88 ---!! Sorry for delay , I ve appreciate so much your suggestion , in fact, I am following it . But I think that I ve had a mistake buying a card B365m Ds3h, and after received it I checked this post and surprise, You had said B365-3HD. Oh my god, I ma newbie !! Now I dont know if I will return it to seller. However I am reading specifications, and is capable to i3 (cheap dual), and ddr4, and 6 sata too. What I do? ---- (be patient if I am a bit delay answering, I am on the ending south world and working onto pandemia healthy center.) So I am building slowly this NAS, during free time, and buying by net sellers... so paying, waiting and receiving box, and testing...)
