  1. You seem to be the only one I have seen in the forum who has been able to update from DSM6.1 to DSM6.1.1 using loader v1.02a (3615xs). Was this an update from DSM6.1 or you did a clean/fresh install of DSM6.1.1 ? This was an update. I did a fresh install yesterday evening to try 3617 loader which did not work, maybee because only migration was offered. As It did not work, I reinstalled 3615 loader. Here is what happened : - process installed DSM 6.1 from Synology repositories - when I logged into DSM, update 6.1.1 was available to download, and I processed normally
  2. Was this baremetale or VM? Baremetale install
  3. I updated yesterday to 6.1.1 from 6.1 using 3615 loader. No problem so far.
  4. I had the same problem (I guess) : each time my nas started, there was an error message "System has detected that one of your storage has crashed...". Yet, everything was working perfectly. This message disappeared with update 2 of DSM 6.1. Hope this will help. Here is the message :
  5. I updated to DSM 6.1-15047 Update 2 successfully today. The false alarm message at startup "System has detected..." seems to be gone.
  6. Yep, running Update 1 without any problems, other than the usual false alarm "storage space has failed" message I get at boot. Same here : Update 1 with 3615 loader. Everything is fine for few weeks, except the same false alarm message at boot for which I did not find a solution yet.
  7. Hi guys. I successfully upgraded my NAS to DSM 6.1 using Jun's loader 1.02 (3615). Everything is perfect except one message that I had at startup and that I cannot explain. Here it is : which basically means that "system has detected 1 or more storage which failed. Please check that following disks are connected" followed by all my units. Note that despite this message, my volume is OK. Can someone help me, I am running out of ideas ? Thank you MB : Asus P8Z68-V PRO EDIT : just saw that others have the same problem : Hi. I have the same problem. My update went great. I've updated from DS3615xs 6.0.2 u9 to DS3617xs 6.1 version without any problem. Settings migration went beautifully. The only problem is this error after reboot. Adding "syno_port_thaw=1" argument to normal boot does not help. Besides that everything looks like it's working.
  10. Hi ! With my asus P5N-D motherboard and its nVidia lan & storage chipset, you are my only remaining hope Quicknick ! In your opinion, is there any chance I test DSM 6.0 using your futur release or should buy a new motherboard ? In addition to the driver problem, my motherboard does not support AHCI. I guess it is linked with nvidia storage chipset. Is that a problem ? Thanks
