Same here - is a fix even planned or does this problem concern not enough users?

As stated by many users before in this thread update 4 can be installed perfectly via the DSM webinterface. On some machines you have to perform a second reboot after the update.

Does this update fix the ACL-Bug for crypted volumes? Or will it take a new boot loader version to fix this issue?
