It can be found at ebay, aliexpress and so on for less then 10€ named "mini PCI-E PCI Express 2 Ports SATA 3.0 Converter SSD" and so on. You have to add the screw stuff to fix it. This stick is then booted from. Use Rufus or Balena Etcher for this. Then, boot from the stick and configure the system.
