I cannot add "Network Interface" in OpenVPN DSM 7.1.1 U3

Unfortunately, a strange error occurred. Hard to say when this happened. Beside of this everything works fine. I am able to connect to VPN but sometimes does not work. I would like fix this. Maybe this could happened after adding mcvalan on Docker

I cannot select any network interface. I have got only one "LAN1" but I do not have an option to select.

I am on DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 3 my model DS3622xsp. (Red Pill, TC v0.9.3.0) - ESXi 7.0U3

I also found similar issue on the Synology forum but that fix does not match to my config I do not use any VM on m DSM.

I tired reinstall OpenVPN package but no success. The issue still presist.
