No, beta releases are not supported by the team.

DSM 6 is scheduled to release in May / June 2016.

Yesterday i tried it out in VirtualBox.

XPEnoboot 5.2-5644.4 can boot and install DSM 6 Beta 2.

There are some error message at the boot process, but it's "working". I think it is a good sign for the future

I got it working in a vm on esxi, but you can't create volumes. So no, not usable yet.
