I rebooted and error went away but no IP assigned and not visible in synology assistant or DHCP table on router. Performed the following steps to complete the upgrade. Cleanup my old pat file from USB as I didn't have enough space cd /mnt/sdf3/auxfiles rm ds3622xsp_42661.pat cd ~ Then proceed with a clean install: ./rploader.sh update ./rploader.sh fullupgrade ./rploader.sh satamap ./rploader.sh identifyusb ./rploader.sh serialgen DS3622xs+ realmac ./rploader.sh build ds3622xsp-7.2.0-64570 exitcheck.sh reboot Perform a "Recover" via the GUI and reboot - Outcome of the update: SUCCESSFUL and on latest version.
