I just installed Xpenology for the first time so I haven't seen the Package Center work, but I'm seeing the same errors. The package manager shows connection failed, and /var/log/synoscgi.log shows a 502 response code for Synology's getList endpoint. Edit: Seems to be working now. It must have been a server issue
