So you unplugged it while it was running and then plugged it in and it began to work?

So, to clarify, you have working drive logs currently on a real synology, but not ARPL? or are your logs now working on Xpenelogy?

Xpenology Install: DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 1 DS3622xs+ Hardware: Chenbro 12000 Problem: Storage manager disk logs do not work. It does not refresh, though it was working prior in DSM 6.2? I think this might be an issue between upgrading between the DSM's but even after attempting another a re-install I do not have access to drive logs? Could this be a scenario where a file needs to be created or is it something else?

I have been battling this for about a week now and am at my wits end. I had DSM 6.2 installed on the Chenbro NR12000 but would like to install DSM 7.1 if possible due it being somewhat exposed to the internet and what not. Whelp, the issue I have now is that while using TCRP M-Shell and other TCRP loaders, when I do the sataportmap command it wants to map the 6x sata drives that are on the board, and while is displays the sas controller and that a disk is present, it completely ignores such, and any disks on connected to such are not shown. I have messed around with the sataportmap'ing and have been unsuccessful so far getting the SAS controller to present any disks to DSM. Anyone have any experience with such?
