It all boils to the same matter. A valid pair SN/MAC.

    Since what version ?

In 6.0.2, i could enable Push notifications, with a serial from generator, and any MAC.
    Now it's not possible..

    Sinology change something ?

  3. I have a problem with package center, it's impossible to get the list.... Cannot install package.

Last thing, about MTU 9000, it's a problem with RTL8111B, 7200 is the max...

    I UPGRADED with success.
Click on update by DSM and choose force reinstall during the reboot. I choose install last version during assistant :

    It's worked :

    3c752ac64b80c4238192a625dc505a2516f9ec21

  6. Did you change PID/VID in grub.cfg ? No for myself... and it worked in force mode.

Some problem for me with hardware support :

-Cannot switch to MTU 9000 on RTL8111 added.

-additional Sata on Motherboard are not supported ??? (eSata port not tested)

    EDIT:

-UPS support is OK, APC is connected :

  7. Tested on N40L.
Disabled C1E support in bios. (What is exactly ? )

    find.synology.com >> not found DSM.
    Synology Assistant, found it !!

Installation in progress for 15047. Next update it's OK.
It's possible to use 3617xs in change the grub.cfg ??

SSD on Sata port is not detected...

  8. Not sure to understand.
@khile : You compile yourself a new kernel with AMD support ?

    And use the loader 1.02b ? (or 1.02a ?)

I believe jun fix a bug in last version, during the migration.

I will test on  my N40L.

I mean AMD support would be nice but people have to remember; Synology DSM doesn't natively run on AMD hardware (I'm not aware of any current gen Synology hardware running on AMD chips). So further patience will be needed to implement the necessary kernel modules for AMD compatibility

Kernel config give the choice of AMD support. (until 3.10.77, don't know for .102, but i think it's same). We can compil the kernel with what we want...

But i believe, before the kernel was with bromolow and now it's with broadwell architecture.
These screens are from bromolow source :

    72428350e3f826e6da1bce44591fa1e1b95d5ec3

    150b09f0a0bd5824013bdd0c2f42b1c93b04f2b0

Not sure, but i think jun doesn't support all and keep the default config. The kernel file will be bigger, if we include everything....

And the default config from Synology machine support less hardware than before, you are right on this.... Same for modules... I have some USB device  which worked in 4.3 and no in 6.02....

I am trying to compil my own kernel, but it's not easy....

If you can have debug on serial with your AMD machine, you will see nothing... You can be sure, it's not just a problem with network driver, but with entire architecture... But no serial on the N40L or N54L... Maybe the solution can be add PCI card on it...
Because on my VM , i cannot virtualize AMD machine... Maybe can do on ESXI... But it's not same, because last loader works on ESXI...
