Setup on BareMetal intel Core i3 

ASRock Rack C236 WSI Mini ITX Server Motherboard LGA 1151 Intel C236 

Sabrent 512GB Rocket NVMe PCIe M.2 2280 Internal SSD High Performance Solid State Drive (SB-ROCKET-512) 

on NVMe to PCIe Adapter x16, RIITOP M.2 NVMe SSD to PCI-e 3.0 x16 Card with Heatsink Support M Key M.2 NVMe SSD 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280

here the same  - what have I done:

1. SSH login
2. sudo -i
3. udevadm info /dev/nvme0n1 (but the motherboard have only one nvme slot)
4. "ID": pci1="0000:00:01.6"
5. vi /etc.defaults/extensionPorts
6. comment the 1st line and put
   pci1="0000:00:01.6"
   to the 2nd line :wq
7. cat /etc.defaults/extensionPorts
8. reboot

selected model with "nvme cache support" ist DS923+

 

What can I do better?
