Discord notification

I am looking to have my my synology send notifications to my Discord in an event, camera motion, hard drive failures etc. 

 

I have managed to get a webhook working but it's a basic static message. No matter the event it just says synology test message because that's what is hard coded in the body. 

 

Does anyone know of a guide that is able to achieve what I'm looking for? 

 

I want push to messages without cost, and without exposing my Nas to the world.

 

I want camera events, if possible a picture of the event. And all the other goodies that go along with the other push services. 

 

I tried to use a docker some one made a couple years ago but it doesn't really work.
